Rules / Regulations

We have instated the following Resort Rules/Regulations for the safety of both our guests and our owners.

Reservations: Check in is 2:00, Check out time is 1:00

Parking: One (1) RV or Park Model is allowed per site.  No Tent Camping.  Two additional vehicles are allowed per site, including boats and tow trailers.  Absolutely NO PARKING on unoccupied lots.

Vehicles: Loud vehicles of any type are strictly prohibited.  ATV and four wheelers allowed only while on trailers.  Permanent head and tail lights required after dark.  All drivers must be licensed, and stay on paved roads.

Quiet Hours:  11:00pm to 8:00am. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE PARK

Guests: All guests must register at the office, and display a valid guest pass. The registered owner or authorized renter is responsible for all guests.  Maximum of 6 occupants per lot.

RV Washing:  RV washing only at the new Wash Station located adjacent to Lot 177. 

Wi-Fi: Wireless Internet service is available throughout the resort at no charge.

Cable TV:  Cable is provided to your pedestal.  TV listings are included in your check-in package.

Trash:   All trash is to be placed inside Dumpsters located throughout the resort.  No pickup service.

Pets:  No more than two pets per site.  While outside, all pets must be leashed, and accompanied by a person responsible for pet waste at all times. Noisy, vicious or unaccompanied animals will be removed from the resort immediately - No exceptions.  NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING OR THE POOL AREA

Campfires:  No ground fires allowed.  Campfires allowed in above ground containers only. Check at the Office for BBQ guidelines
 
Facilities:  Pool use is restricted to owners, renters and registered guests.  Spa use is restricted to adults over 16 years old.  No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.  There is NO LIFEGUARD - USE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK.  All pool users must observe posted safety rules at all times.  Observe posted Pool Hours.  No running.  No diapers in the water at all, approved 'swimmies' please.  Use of the lodge is restricted to owners and registered guests, and attendees of management approved functions.  Violators will be removed.   Access to kitchen areas is restricted to Elite employees, and authorized personnel.  Laundry facilities are available at the Bathhouses.   No outdoor clotheslines of any type are permitted anywhere in the resort.     Check with the Office for location of propane dealers. 

Note:  The fishing lake, pavilion, cliffs, dirt trails and the former wash station are not part of the resort property.  Visiting these areas constitutes trespassing.

Mail and Messages:  Mail service is not available in the resort.  All mail will be returned to sender.  We cannot provide mail forwarding service - contact the Crystal River Post Office at (352) 795-2030, or Pack ‘n Post at (352) 795-1085.  We cannot accept packages on your behalf – please make other arrangements.

Alcohol:  Responsible alcohol use is restricted to those people 21 years of age and over.   No alcohol will be served at any resort function, although participants may bring their own refreshments. 

Smoking:  Smoking is prohibited in all resort buildings.  Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly - No Littering!

Speed Limit:  The speed limit is 10 miles per hour for ALL vehicles (golf carts and bikes included)

Children:  Children may only use the pool, shuffleboard or horseshoes facilities when accompanied by an adult.  Parents (or responsible adult) are responsible for their children’s actions at all times.  Curfew for 'under 18's' is 10pm, unless accompanied by a parent.

Site Condition:  Sites should be neat and clean at all times. NO outside refrigerators, freezers or clothes lines.  Management reserves the right to determine appropriateness of all outdoor items.  No commercial activities allowed either on your site or in the resort without prior permission of the Management.

Activities:  Activities and facilities are open to all Guests, subject to availability.  The Activities board will announce upcoming events.  Sign up sheets are located at the Lodge.  Check in the office for a list of local golf courses and organized outings.

Emergency:  911

Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the Safety and Security of the Resort, or for disobeying the Rules and Regulations of the Resort.   If you have any questions, please come to the office. We are here to help you enjoy your visit.
